After that, the game has been stuck in an endless loading loop when you go to buy ammo at the vendors. Just loading into the vendor choices is where it has that little spinning loading arrow. The only way I can get the ammo store to load is if I restart the game fully. I've tried loading the game on-line, off-line, and disabling internet entirely, uninstalling and re-installing the game data, nothing has worked so far.
